Returns:

We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to [email protected] with the subject “RETURNS”, explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. For us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Q. Do you test their products on animals?

Tier Collections is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. 


Q. Where can I purchase products?

Tier Collections can be found on Tierfashions.co website and Tier Collections on Facebook Marketplace.

Q. How can I find out about restocks?

If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy on the discontinued merchandise.

If it is a sold-out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every two weeks.

Q. How often do you restock merchandise?

Restocks are done on a bi-weekly basis.

Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?

All sales are final. In some cases, orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.

How can I change my address after I placed an order?

You may email customer service at [email protected] or leave a message on our “Contact” page. 

Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.

NOTE: There is a possibility that an order may get shipped less than 24 hours.

Q. How long does shipping take.

Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times)

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

Every purchase is a final sale.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via DM on our website or email at [email protected], within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.
