- Strategies: promote youth and adult education and literacy resources through partnerships and working as liasion between organizations in the Mid-South to expand and lead efforts to increase skillset curriculum enrollment and asset allocation for underserved populations

Philanthropy and Leadership
Tier Collections is led by a black woman, representing a demographic of business leaders, marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. We are focused on educating, empowering, and training next generation of philanthropic women leaders through entrepreneurship workshops and cosmetology course certification. We directly benefit teen girls (age 13-18) and adult women (age 18-64) to bridge the gap towards entrepreneurship and minority women.
